Archived projects
To archive a project means to remove it from active use without permanently deleting it.
When a project is archived:
- Everything remains exactly as it was at the moment of archiving
- The project becomes uneditable and unmanageable
- No changes can be made — it is effectively “frozen in time”
Access to an archived project is restricted:
The owner can restore the project at any time, returning it to an active state. Once restored, the project behaves like a normal project again, without any indication that it was previously archived.
Archived projects list
A list of all archived projects that the user was previously a member of can be accessed through the Projects tab in the dashboard.
To view archived projects:
1. Open the Projects tab in the dashboard
2. Change the Show dropdown option to Archived
All users who were members of a project before it was archived will still see it in this list. However, only the owner is able to open and browse the project.
For more details, please refer to the Projects tab page.
