Authentication

GeoWork is a collaborative software designed to support efficient cooperation between users and, optionally, vehicles.

For usability, security, and full access to all features, GeoWork users are encouraged to create an account. This is strongly recommended, as most core features require a user to be logged-in. Using the software without an account is very limited and depends on interaction with users who already have one.

GeoWork account​

A GeoWork account is essential for using the full functionality of the software. To actively work within GeoWork, a user must have an account.

To create a GeoWork account, a valid email address is required. The account is linked to this email address and provides several benefits:

  • important information (such as project invitations) is delivered to the email inbox
  • passwords can be reset via email

When a user logs into their account in the application or web version, full access to GeoWork features becomes available.

Having an account ensures that all actions, data, and activity performed by a user are securely stored and managed in one place.
