User
A user of GeoWork is a person who has an active account within the GeoWork software and is logged in.
Depending on their license type, users may have access to different features and actions within the software.
What a user can do
Users interact with GeoWork based on what is available to them. This may include:
- Creating, accessing and working within projects
- Joining projects through invitations
- And so much more...
The availability of specific actions (such as creating projects or managing settings) depends on the user’s license and assigned permissions.
User vs Member
A user becomes a member of a project once they enter it by either:
Outside of a project, they are referred to as a user. Inside a project, they are referred to as a member.
