Tasks details and properties

There are multiple details and properties that can be specified within a task. These can be configured during the creation of a task or edited later.

1. Project​

This option selects the project to which the task will be assigned. When a task is created within a project, it is automatically linked to that project. The project selection is therefore only available when creating a task from the dashboard

2. Title​

This property defines the name of the task. The title should clearly describe the purpose of the task so that it can be easily identified by users.

3. Assigned to​

This option specifies which user the task will be assigned to. Select a user from the displayed list. Tasks may also remain unassigned if necessary.

4. Description​

This field can be used to provide additional information or instructions related to the task.

5. Checklist​

This option allows checklist items to be added to the task. Each item represents a specific step or requirement that can be marked as completed, allowing users to track progress while working on the task.

The number of checklist items which can be added is not limited.

6. Priority​

This option defines the importance of the task and helps users understand how urgent or significant it is.

7. Vehicles​

This option links the task to one or more vehicles. Select the desired vehicle from the displayed list.

8. Due date​

This option specifies the latest date by which the task should be completed.

9. Settings​

Users can assign tasks to themselves​

Assigned user can upload geometry​

Allows the user assigned to the task to upload geometry, even if their regular role does not permit uploading geometry within the project.

10. Advanced​

This option allows to link a marker to the task. The number of markers linked is not limited.

This option allows to delete the Task.
